Katy's Ministry 

Katy's primary ministry at the moment is the care and feeding of the Wienecke family as a wife, mother, accountant, home-maker and administrator.  She is also heavily involved in a number of other ministry activities:

1. She is a stand-by worship leader at Waxhaw Bible Church.  She steps in to plan and lead the musical part of the service whenever the music director must be absent.
2. She is part of the church worship music team as a vocalist about once per month.
3. She is involved in the church VBS program, typically in a musical capacity.
4. She is a core planner and instructor in the church's Creative Arts Camp each summer.
5. She is an English grammar instructor for a home-education support organization called Classical Conversations from September to March each year.
6. She is a manager of the swimming pool available to the JAARS community.
7. She provides hospitality to many visitors and a "paraclete" who comes alongside to help when a need arises in another family.
8. She helps operate the various support mechanisms of our Wycliffe ministry through her administrative gifts (letters, email, follow-up, partner tracking, etc).
