Sr. High Youth Ministry 
 Sr. High Youth group is a ministry focused on MKs grades 9 through 12.  The Goal is to build a community of Godly fellowship and provide intentional opportunities for spiritual growth.

   The High School youth program involves approximately 30 students and provides them with opportunities to grow in their relationship with God alongside other Missionary Kids.  Bret Taylor (Lived in Kenya and has 14 years of youth ministry experience) leads the program and students assist in leading worship and in other roles.

Worship Team Workshop 

Date: Saturday, January 17

For people on the worship team to learn more about how to lead worship, and possibly to get instrumental, vocal and/or spiritual instruction as well.  Contact John Anderson if you have any questions.

Talent Show 

 
Our annual "Jaars has got Talent" show will be held on January 23rd, from 6:30-8:30.  If you would like to sign up, contact the HR office at x6150.  You can download a form by clicking here.  Be thinking of a talent that you would like to show off!

Hands and Feet Week 
 
Don't be lazy during your Spring break!  Join us for Hands and Feet Week, April 12-17, to work five half-days for five different ministries.  More details to follow.

Summer Mission Trip 

There will be a mission trip this summer for High School students who are considering missions, to help them search out their calling.  It will most likely be from June 15th through the first week of July.  The countries we are currently considering going to are Honduras, Brazil, or the Philippines.  Stay tuned for more information!

Discipleship Training Course 

One of the best ways to learn is to teach.  For Sr. High ladies who are ready for a next step in their spiritual walk, Mindy will be teaching a course on how to disciple others.  Meeting once a week, they will go over a book designed to help you think of others and how to encourage their spiritual growth.  The goal is for each participant to prayerfully find someone who will agree to be discipled by them.
