Middle School Ministry 

Friday night Middle School Youth group is a ministry focused on MKs grades 6 through 8.  The goal is to build a community of Godly fellowship and provide intentional opportunities for spiritual growth.

 The Middle School youth program is full of excitement and growth with Mike Matheson, MK from Brazil with 7 years of youth ministry experience, leading the program.  There are approximately 25 middle school youth actively involved as well as 6 high school students who participate as leaders.

 
Special Upcoming Activities

Transition Seminar 

Sept 11th and Oct 9th, 10am - 5pm

Open to MKs grades 6-12 who have recently arrived to JAARS. Field trips, group discussion and helpful tips to help transition well.

No Cost. Bring Lunch

Lock Out 
 

September 17th.
9pm - 8:30am

After a regular youth group, we will go ice-blocking and then camping out at Jungle Jump Off.  Breakfast will be provided in the morning.

Hearing God Retreat 

A five-hour learning and listening/hearing experience

When:  Saturday September 25, 10:00-3:00
Where:  Jungle Jump Off site #2
Cost:  $3 per person or $8 per family
Bring:  A chair (optional), bag lunch, and clothing appropriate for being outside.

Snacks and drinks are provided.
