Senior Survey

Here are the top ideas that we came up with in the Senior planning meeting.  Please vote for your favorite to help us narrow it down.

Meal Count

Each family is allowed to invite special guests to particiate in a meal after the Baccalaureate service.  Meal is prepared and served by juniors and their parents.

Meals cost $8.  When submitting your number, make sure to INCLUDE the graduate in the number.

Initial meal count should be sent to Kevin Warfel by 5/1

Final meal count should be sent to Kevin Warfel by 5/27

Collage Boards

Each family will be given a poster board from Karen DeGraaf to put pictures on.  Include a variety of pictures from infancy to current day.  Be sure to include the graduate's name.  Labeling the pictures is not necessary, but appreciated by those attending the service who will be looking at them.

Collage Boards need to be completed and brought to dress rehersal on June 4th.

Senior Bios

Mike will be sending a form with various questions to each graduate.  Filling out the form thoughtfully enables the editors to better prepare what will be read during the service and printed in the programs.

If you did not receive the form, download one now by clicking Sr. Bio Questionnaire.

Completed Bios should be emailed to Becky Keller by 5/1

Power Point

This year Hank Scott and Tim Staples will be putting together a power point displaying pictures of the graduate shown in conjunction with the reading of their Bio during the service.  These can be the same pictures that are later put on the collage boards.  Pictures at various stages of life are what is requested (usually 15-20).  In addition, each graduate needs to submit their senior portrait.

Digital pictures can be emailed to Hank Scott

Submit your pictures by 5/1

Bacc DVD

Creative Services will be video tapping the Bacc Service and putting onto a DVD.  They can be purchased for $10 each.  Money should be turned into Kevin Warfel on June 4th.
