Meal Count

Each family will invite special guests to particiate in a meal after the Baccalaureate service.  Meal is prepared and served by juniors and their parents.

Meals cost about $6.  When submitting your number, make sure to INCLUDE the graduate in the number.

Final cost of meal will be determined after menu has been finalized.

Initial meal count should be sent to Laura Pohlig LHuthsing@perigee.net by 5/1

Final meal count should be sent to Laura Pohlig LHuthsing@perigee.net by 5/23

Collage Boards

Each family will be given a poster board from Dorothy Ott mark-dorothy_ott@sil.org to put pictures on.  Include a variety of pictures from infancy to current day.  Be sure to include the graduate's name.  Labeling the pictures is not necessary, but appreciated by those attending the service who will be looking at them.

Collage Boards need to be completed and brought to dress rehersal on May 31.

Senior Bios

Bret will be sending a form with various questions to each graduate.  Filling out the form thoughtfully enables the editors to better prepare what will be read during the service and printed in the programs.

If you did not receive the form, download one now by clicking Sr. Bio Questioner.

Completed Bios should be emailed to Susan Jones susan_jones@sil.org by 5/1

Power Point

This year David Presson will be putting together a power point displaying pictures of the graduate shown in conjunction with the reading of their Bio during the service.  Although these can be the same pictures that are later put on the collage boards, it is not necessary.  Pictures at various stages of life are what is requested (usually 15-20).  In addition, each graduate needs to submit their senior portrait.

Digital pictures can be emailed to David at david-gunborg_presson@wbt.org

David is even willing to convert your hard copy pictures, slides, or even video.

Please submit your pictures to him by 5/9
