What do I need?  

Thank you for coming to this place. 

This year and a half has been a time to experience Matthew 6, "Your Father knows what you need before you ask him....So do not worry saying, "What shall I eat?" or "What shall I drink?" or "What shall I wear?"  For the pagans run after these things, and your Father in heaven know that you need them.  Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself, each day has enough trouble of it's own." 

 In this time I have received so much from God through his Body, such as, a car, a bicycle, a number of one-time gifts, new monthly supporters, a new supporting church, extra help with tuition, many hugs, beautiful memories, genuine love, and a great education! 

There are two needs  (turned into praises!) currently that are foremost on my mind as I head back to Cameroon: 

• A computer for Danny, the deaf son of a friend in Cameroon.  You can contact me directly to help with this. This is an answered prayer request!  Someone has given me funds to see this is done! Amen! 
• I have a large amount I still owe on my loan from college.  I am hoping that the burden of that will be lifted by the end of this year.  Wycliffe is aware of this need, and has it under a "Personal Special Project."  You can contact me personally if you desire to contribute to this need.  christy_watkin@sil.org This is an answered request too!  I have two separate individuals who have decided to work toward this goal!  God is so good...I often wonder why he would ever choose such a raggedy person like me...and decide that it is too tough a question.  I'll accept his blessings and live out my thankfulness! 

What now? Those were huge, and God answered through you! 

• I am needing speakers and a voice recorder.  The former is for when I want to share things with people that I think they should hear, be it scripture, their own songs recorded, etc.  The latter for French Study, so I can learn better! 
• As I work with so many different groups from teachers at teacher trainings, children's groups, or to groups of Wycliffe folk, I find that there is something I want to share to the group that is hard without a way to project it!  I have often envisioned being in a village setting, having people watch a presentation that stirs their hearts.  A computer projector would be wonderful!
